Meet the team

Steve Green (Director / Founder)

Steve is a strategic and impact-driven Product and Operations Executive with 20 years of experience scaling high performance platforms across fintech, sustainability, and digital marketplaces. He has a proven track record of leading cross-functional global teams, delivering mission critical systems, and driving commercial outcomes through innovative product strategy.

Steve recently founded Our Carbon, where he is built a scalable, user-friendly carbon management platform and consultancy service tailored to decarbonisation UK businesses. 

Previously, as CPO at Vercida Group, he relaunched its DEI recruitment platform and steered the company through a successful acquisition by Hays Recruitment.

Steve spent seven years at Funding Circle, where he scaled the product organisation from Series A through a £1bn IPO, launching innovative lending platforms and leading teams across London, San Francisco and Berlin. 

Earlier roles at eBay, Gumtree, and Royal Mail established his expertise in marketplace strategy, UX, mobile platforms, and digital transformation.

Laura Trujillo (CEO / Founder)

Laura Trujillo Leon is a strategic, results-oriented Marketing & Analytics Director with over 15 years of international experience across travel, retail, finance, and technology. 

She has consulted for global brands such as Skyscanner, leading deep behavioural analysis to uncover long-term revenue opportunities, and LG Electronics, where she directed cross-functional analytics teams and oversaw enterprise-level data integration across CRM, marketing, and sales

Her career spans senior leadership roles at Hotels.com (Expedia Group), Thomas Cook, and AIMIA (Nectar – Sainsbury’s), where she consistently drove innovation in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes, and customer economics. Laura has been recognised with multiple industry awards for her work in data insight and campaign effectiveness

With expertise in CRM strategy, performance marketing, customer lifetime value, and advanced analytics, Laura is known for aligning business vision with data-driven execution—building scalable solutions, empowering teams, and delivering measurable impact
