At Skyscanner she led deep behavioural analysis to uncover long-term revenue opportunities across app and web channels. At LG Electronics she directed cross-functional analytics teams, overseeing enterprise-level data integration across CRM, marketing and sales.

Her earlier career spans senior leadership at Hotels.com (Expedia Group), Thomas Cook and Nectar (Sainsbury's / AIMIA) — driving innovation in lifecycle marketing, loyalty programmes and customer economics across European markets.

Laura holds an MA in Quantitative Finance and a BSc in Mathematics & Statistics from the Universidad de La Laguna.

Steve's expertise spans digital product strategy, platform architecture, interim and fractional leadership and sustainability integration — core pillars of the consultancy services Roamalytics delivers to UK and Spanish businesses.

At Our Carbon he built a scalable carbon management platform and consultancy service focused on making decarbonisation practical and accessible for UK businesses.

As CPO at Vercida Group he relaunched a DEI recruitment platform and steered the company through a successful acquisition by Hays Recruitment. Prior to that, seven years at Funding Circle saw him scale the product organisation from Series A through a £1bn IPO, leading international teams across London, San Francisco and Berlin.

Earlier roles at eBay, Gumtree and Royal Mail built deep expertise in marketplace strategy, UX, mobile platforms and digital transformation.
